All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred, and will notify you if this applies to your order.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order until the items have been dispatched.

We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Maison Merch does not store your complete payment card details.

4. Shipping

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only. Shipping timelines and rates are as described on our Shipping & Returns page. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Maison Merch pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refund process is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the refund conditions outlined in that policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software — is the property of Maison Merch or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
