Our bundles are currently available for fans in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina via Amazon. Shipping availability and timelines are determined by Amazon at checkout based on your delivery address.

Orders are placed and processed through Amazon, so any changes or cancellations need to be handled through your Amazon account. Go to Returns & Orders in your Amazon account and select the order you wish to cancel or modify. Act quickly — Amazon processes orders fast and cancellations may not be possible once the item has shipped.

Yes — Amazon sends an order confirmation to the email on your Amazon account immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your bundle is dispatched.

Returns are handled by Amazon under their standard return policy. Most Maison Merch items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Go to Returns & Orders in your Amazon account, find your order, and select Return or Replace Items to get started — no need to contact us first.

Refunds are processed by Amazon once they receive your returned item. Amazon typically issues refunds within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. You can track refund status in your Amazon account under Returns & Orders.

Amazon covers return shipping for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
