How It Works
When you click “Shop Now” on our site, you’re taken to our Amazon store to complete your purchase. Amazon handles everything from there — payment, packing, shipping, tracking, and returns. Your order confirmation and shipping updates come directly from Amazon to the email on your Amazon account.
Shipping
Shipping timelines and rates are set by Amazon at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Amazon Prime members enjoy faster delivery on eligible orders. For estimated delivery times in your region, you’ll see the options clearly displayed on the Amazon product page before you confirm your order.
To track your order after purchase, log into your Amazon account and go to Returns & Orders. Amazon will also send you automated tracking updates by email.
Returns
Returns are governed by Amazon’s return policy. Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To start a return:
- Log into your Amazon account
- Go to Returns & Orders
- Find your Maison Merch order and select Return or Replace Items
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your return
Refunds are issued to your original Amazon payment method once the return is received and processed by Amazon.
