Because all Maison Merch products are sold and fulfilled through Amazon, all refund requests are handled directly by Amazon under their standard buyer protection policy. This means:
- Most items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery
- Refunds are returned to your original Amazon payment method
- Amazon typically processes refunds within 3–5 business days of receiving the return
- If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Amazon will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement

- Find your Maison Merch order and select Return or Replace Items
- Select your reason and follow the instructions
- Once Amazon receives the return, your refund is processed automatically
